It's delicious on its own. Even better with Dashi soup

We use traditional stone-ground buckwheat flour to preserve the authentic flavor. Our goal is not only to achieve the perfect balance between the aroma of soba noodles, but also to refine the flavor, texture, and smoothness of each strand. Our soba is more than just "noodles from a soba restaurant." It is soba that has evolved from tradition -pursuing the essence of washoku, Japan's proud culinary culture that continues to spread across the world. For your first bite, we recommend tasting the soba noodles on their own, without soup. The rich aroma and refined flavor will fill your mouth with joy.
A 130-year legacy in every bite

A 130-year legacy in every bite

The noodles are good on their own, but they're even better when dipped in soup stock. Founded in 1885, our restaurant has a long-established buckwheat flour business that has been in business for over a hundred years, and we've enjoyed a long-standing relationship with them. We use traditional stone-ground soba flour to preserve the flavor. We carefully pursue not only the aroma of the soba, but also the balance of the noodles' umami, texture, and smoothness, resulting in soba that is not just "soba from a soba restaurant," but also soba that is part of Japanese food culture and is being shared worldwide, evolving the traditional soba. We recommend trying the soba alone for your first bite to experience the true flavor and aroma of soba.

Greetings from the CEO of 彩々楽 SASARA Group

I'm Kurihara, the representative of the 彩々楽 SASARA Group. Soba Dining 空楽 SORA opened in 2010, four years after the opening of its main store, as the second branch of Saisaraku, a Japanese restaurant with a history of over 130 years, dating back to its origins as Hinodeya in Hasuda, Japan. The name of the restaurant, 空楽 SORA , is a combination of the character for 空 SORA, which means space, and the character for 楽 RAKU, which means enjoyment. We created the restaurant with the hope that our customers will enjoy not only the food, but also the restaurant's atmosphere and the time they spend there. At Soba Dining 空楽 SORA, you can enjoy freshly made soba noodles and freshly fried skewers prepared in the authentic Kansai style in a stylish space.
